Penn State Fans Tailgating to ‘Party in the USA’

You can look at this two ways – They were dancing and singing to ‘Party in the USA’ and that is terrible. OR At least they weren’t tailgating to ‘It’s Raining Men’. And whoever the guy is at about 35 seconds in, move out of Pennsylvania, you aren’t welcome there anymore.
