Spring is Cumming? The first thing I think of when I think of 'spring' isn't HJs and Cards Baseball. St Louis loves their Cardinals baseball and I guess the occasional spring HJ.

“This Kiss” sung by Jerry Jones, Emmitt Smith, Tony Romo, Roger Staubach, Nolan Ryan, Dirk Nowitzki, and many others is an instant classic. Why isn’t this on the radio every other song?!?! Oh, because Nowitzki’s voice makes your ears bleed.
Notable North Texas athletes, mayors, and personalities offered their singing talents (or at least singing efforts) to recreate Faith Hill’s hit single “This Kiss.” This debuted before Faith Hill’s concert in Fort Worth for the opening concert of the North Texas Super Bowl XLV Host Committee’s Kick-off Concert Series on Feb. 6.

Kansas City Royals being sued over Wiener Tossing

Sluggerrr, the mascot for the Kansas City Royals, is being accused of poking a fan’s eye out with a hotdog during a Major League Baseball game last year. And now the Royals are being sued for it.
A lawsuit has been filed in Jackson County, Missouri where John Coomer claims he was at a Royals game on September 8, 2009; When the Royal’s mascot Sluggerrr “climbed atop the third base dugout and started shooting hotdogs into the stands from an air gun.”
Coomer claims Sluggerrr eventually put the air gun down — and started firing off the the dogs by hand. Slugger was reckless with his throw, and threw the hotdog directly into the Coomer.
Coomer claims the dog hit him right in his left eye — leaving him with a detached retina and the development of cataracts.
Coomer is now suing the Royals for more than $25k for negligence and battery on the charges of “failure to adequately train its agents in the proper method in which to throw hotdogs into the stands at Kauffman Stadium.”
So chances are for 25k the Royals will settle this one out of courts. Not much of a lawsuit. But hey, the Royals are a small market team, if this was the Yankees he would be suing for millions.
Remember Mascots, when throwing your wieners don’t aim directly at a fan’s eyes, mouth, or any other place that could cause a lawsuit.
